AliBaba in general is a great site to work with. However, there are few issues that need to address: 1) you can not delete old RFQ, you can close them but they are visible and new quotes added to them even after they were closed. 2) AliPay is convenient but EXPENSIVE. 3) indication of company CHAT is most of the time no addressed properly - shows on line - but nobody answers. There must be an indicator to response time. If the company too busy to answer, the customer should know it because this will reflect on future service
