“Poor quality and terrible customer service”

Product fell apart after child tried on twice. Have spent weeks emailing the company back and forth to try to get product exchanged or refunded, and they are refusing. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was informed that the company does not have a phone line. Terrible service and poor quality product.
