I have been a customer/card holder for a few years now and I have spent thousands of dollars. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of care that The Roomplace has shown me. I purchased a $1300 "floor model" sectional and was told I could not get a warranty etc due to the fact it is a "floor sample", but we had checked it out and the saleswoman assured us the only thing wrong was a minor detail with one of the feet on the couch (we had no worries bc we still have the other sectional from The Roomplace and had a replacement if needed). HOWEVER, what we did NOT expect was the entire frame on the main seating area of the sectional breaking and rendering it useless to sit on! I expected better quality of furniture from The Roomplace as this couch sells for quite a bit more on a regular basis. I sent an inquiry over a week ago and have received NOTHING in return. I had just gotten a divorce and I have two children so I thought I was safe going to The Roomplace as I had before! WRONG! I guess I would have been better of renting a new couch from Rent-A-Center and paying more. Atleast they will stand behind the product until it is paid. Here I am with a $1300 piece of garbage and nothing can be done and I am STILL making payments. SMH
