Asked for a membership to be cancelled on the 2/4/19. Since then, two £35 memberships were taken off my account. 4 customer service officers hunged up on me while I was trying to cancel my membership, and get a refund. They are intimidating and simply do not give a damn. AVOID at all costs!

You don't deserve even a 1 star. I received the wrong size of shoes, I ordered size 8 not size...
Stolony money from your account! I was charged £39 each month for Nothing! Do not recomend at all!
