I ordered Kirby Allergen Reduction filters from their website to match exactly the filters that I had been using. The product that I received did not have any indication of Allergen reduction, it did not look like genuine Kirby filters and it did not fit my Kirby vacuum. It was impossible to get customer service on the phone, all communication was done via email. They did not accept returns due to COVID (doesn't make any sense how it's related) and claimed that it's all the same. It's not. I lost money, and I am very dissatisfied with customer service.
