I sent in a box of Natasha Denona, Sugarpill and RMS beauty products. I expected an offer in the region of $200. I was damned with a humble $60. If only you guys can review your offers, the idea is awesome

HI Wilma! Yes, we also like to think that we offer a pretty unique and helpful service to the makeup community! We'd love to be able to give sellers more for their makeup, but second hand makeup requires a lot of processing to make it safe to sell again. Also, we sell makeup at a markdown once we list it for sale again. Hope that help clarify why you got less than what you were initially expecting. We hope to hear from you again soon!
