They show pictures of ingame items making out they know how to make it and can build it easily. Often they are dummy place holders and you spend next month or 2 telling them what it looks like and how to build it. By time they FINALLY worked it out to make the product their final design looked NOTHING like the original pictures, it was a sad joke. Only saving grace that earns 1 star is they are cheap.
