Wow! I am duly impressed! Last night I wrote a negative review of SubscriptionAddiction regarding a tardy subscription to The New Yorker. Turned out
The magazine reverted to a previous address of mine, not the one entered in the subscription order of Dec. 2016. NOT SubscriptionAddiction's fault at all! Apparently,
All has been taken care of; I have been given credit for the unreceived issues. I am truly impressed and elated that in this hectic world an online business was so very responsive and helpful. Thank you to all who rectified this situation. And sorry I over-reacted. A phone call on my part would have been smarter. Thanks again!
Will,
We are in fact the real deal. We researched your order from 12/7/2016 for The New Yorker. We contacted them directly today, and even though our order was sent to their system with your new and correct mailing address, they decided to revert your mailing address to an old address they had on file. I asked them to update your mailing address ASAP, and they said it would take effect with the March 13th issue. Since your subscription started with the January 16th issue, They have issued you a 2 month credit for mishandling your delivery. You will now receive one full year starting from the March 13th issue. I hope that we have satisfactorily resolved your delivery complaint today.
