I called MLB Fanatics to place an order, but I was having trouble. Jerry answered the phone and helped me. He was so good mannered yet professional, that he made me feel very comfortable. Nothing was going right before he took over. He went out of his way to assure me that he would take care of everything,, and he did! I had to commend such an awesome job.
