Bought a pair of prescription Smith sunglasses, at first they were great but within 6 months the frames started falling apart and i started the warranty return. They wanted to have the defective glasses back before processing the replacement, these are prescription glasses that I need for driving and not have been without glasses for a month.
I was told that it is their policy for returns to be processed prior to replacement items being processed. Let me tell the corporate $#*!heads something, this is a terrible policy, especially when the glasses contain prescription lenses, people need these to see.
I paid for FedEx express shipping on the original order so i would have expected them to honor this on the replacement item but they did not, i thing this order must be coming with carrier pigeon.
So the new order finally ships but they send it from Taiwan with some company I have never heard of, RPX logistics, but send me a Canada post tracking number. First of all Canada Post should not be used for anything because they are useless, 2 weeks from shipment date and tracking is still showing nothing.
This is not a Canadian company and it should be illegal for them to use the. Ca in their web address. Buy local if you can or at the least make sure they will not be using Canada post for shipping.
