Purchased several items in Feb 2014. They were on backorder one was to be a month later the other about 2 months. Checked online for my status and it was not registering the purchase. Called and found out the 2 month later product was backordered till late July. The other was discontinued and was never notified. Poor service for backorder items. Avoid anything backordered and shop elsewhere if they are.
