I ordered 4 weeks ago a pair of socks and a blouse for my wife. Socks came 3 weeks later - wrong socks - see picture (I ordered really fun bright colored and they sent BROWN - they say I can get 10% credit. I said cancel blouse (not shipped - yea they printed the shipping label 12/15/2020 when they took my money BUT - that is a gimmick - product NOT SHIPPED. They they say they can not stop shipment or refund.

I ordered 3 translators I wanted the language learning software only available on the order screen. They said to go back in and reorder, they would cancel my first order and check the box to order the language software I did. I called because they had not cancelled the first order as they said they would. I got billed twice and wanted to return the items. The return address is in LITHUANIA, even though they shipped the items from New Jersey. My bank said they can make any return policy. So I returned $40 items to Lithuania - still have not gotten the refund

Tip for consumers:
returns to LITHUANIA. No Customer service must call many times. BAD people - crooks for sure. CHINA sellers with no integrity, no service and they LIE .
