I purchased a the Shorefit Platinum 1200 Boat cover for my Tracker Marine Pro Guide V-175 Combo. I was told by the sales team that it would fit my boat. When I put it on my boat it didn't fit across the beam by 10 inches. I called CoverAnything's customer service to exchange it for something that fit. They said they didn't have anything that fit and encouraged a refund. I packed it up immediately and shipped it back. When I got my credit it was only $168 and I paid $234. When I questioned them they said it was returned with grease on it and it had to be discarded. I was charged a 20% restocking fee. Wow! What a great way for them to make money. There was absolutely no way I got grease on it. Beware, if you buy a cover from them you better make sure it fits or it will cost you $66 dollars.

Products used:
I did not use any of there products. They encouraged me to return because they did not have a cover that would fit my boat. Even though the say they can cover anything.

We had the cover 1 month it had already ripped in two places. We reach out to get it replaced and...
Boat Cover did not fit below bump Rails (ie. Gunnies), covering just the top portion of the boat....
William, we are sorry to hear of your issues with this cover. Restocking fees are only charged when a cover is returned dirty or damaged. All of our returns are inspected and photographed when received back by our warehouse. These photos are available to you up to 1-year after your return date. We do clean items that are able to be reconditioned, but some items are returned in such condition they have to be discarded.
