Decided to try this site out after I was recently engaged and wanted to order a canvas of my engagement picture. Little did I know I would be doing business with a company that has zero customer service. I emailed them within minutes of submitting my order. The response I got was "sorry, it's too late, we already made the print". Really? Within minute? At 9PM at night?
I continued to correspond with them trying to reverse 1 item in the order and got no where. Their authorize.net payment system double charged my credit card and they simply didn't care.
