“Great service, knowledgeable people”

I have been using Optumrx for several years now and have never had a problem. My medicine arrives on time, always correct, I let my Dr"s do my call in, I occasionally have to talk to a rep at Optumrx and have been treated better than the local pharmacies, I highly recommend this company.

“I just spoke with a very helpful Optum RX associate about needing to fill three prescriptions. She explained the process & gathered the information. And then she provided the Optum RX FAX & PHONE numbers for my doctor's reference.”
