Purchased an exercise bike, TF-8938, from Fit4Home. They advertise "15 Programs to maximise your workout". No programs exist and they have removed any reference to same from the Amazon site but have forgotten to do same on their own! Customer service is appalling - agreed a partial refund due to the false advertising issue - still waiting after 3 weeks and now the support telephone goes unanswered.
