“Shipping of 20" return box”

The shipping was outrageously expensive (Tampa to Jacksonville ground for $56!), and it turns out the item is manufactured here in Jacksonville! Also, there was absolutely no packing material in the shipping box, so the delicate sheet metal arrived bent and dented.

I just received my replacement for a broken heater and it is also broken.
