I purchased two air conditioning hoses from them. I did not take them out of the bags.

Their return policy says they will deduct a restocking fee. According to the post office they received the parts on Dec 10 2020.

I contacted them last month and asked where my refund was. They have ignored all me questions.

User's recommendation: I don't recommend anyone use this company. They cannot be trusted and will take your money.
