It was a straight forward sign-up; security seems OK; it would be better if people could respond to an email on doublelist, though

I first met these "guys" in the mid-1980s at the monthly computer shows in the convention center in Marlborough, MA (on right side of rte 20 about a mile to the west of I-495.
It's a small group but they really know their stuff. On 12/23/21 my windows 10 box committed "suicide". I'm unsure of its cause but it may have been an electrical issue (dumb, general response). The following day (12/24) I took it to the store and asked if it were possible to get the machine on Saturday (12/26). No such luck it was Xmas weekend! Anyway, the store called me the following Monday afternoon. I picked up the box on Tuesday noon, 12/28. I needed a new motherboard, "C" drive, CPU; what the heck, they "gave" me a new box as some of the other parts in the old box (except two other dislk drives) were no longer available. I was very happy with their work as I have usually been. HOWEVER, it is almost RELIABLY impossible to restore all the software as it was before the crash. So, if you're reading Mr Softy, it took me about three weeks to restore everything.
I've referred the store to several friends and to a business where I worked about 15 yrs ago. All thought CTS did great work!

Tip for consumers:
It does not usually sell much retail as a box store does. Ask ahead and they might be able to get your stuff at a better price.

Products used:
Linksys AC3000 router; it failed probably within the same period of time as my computer. Plus, I also learned that fiber optic cable has a neat "feature" that binds the user to a specific vendor when with cable a simple $50 or so modem is more than enough to take the signals from outside your house/apt to your internal router for your various devices.

I tried it and it found several thousand "errors" in the registry. Most were junk items (leftovers) from deleted installs. All the messages were "xxx does not exist". If it doesn't exist then it most likely is not a problem if you are trying to find malware. PLUS, I did not "buy" the agent's attempt to let him on my box to install an applet to get a license key. I have never heard of that type of "LOGIC" before. I'm going to ask for a refund tomorrow. It's just too late in the evening (actually AM in Boston.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid it ... it's that simple .. I should have googled for regservo review. I was tired....
