I have ordered quite some packages at Bangren. Normally they take about 6 weeks. Now I waited for 2 months without result and contacted the helpdesk. They offered resending. But at the day I confirmed that I want the resent I also got the package! I informed the helpdesk that resending was not required.
My learning: the helpdesk HELPS! Thanks bangren!
