Hello anyone there? Nope! I ordered a pair of boots from them (which are not cheap) and got confirmation on my order with a order number. They were back ordered but there is no communication when they will be shipped out. I tried to contact them and no one responds.
Needless to say, I will be fighting this charge with Paypal. Buyers beware, customer service is horrible.
I feel that it is very confusing for most people shopping on Walmart.com to find out that they use third party sellers which means you can not return items to their store but you have to work with their third party sellers online. I have dealt with so many dishonest sellers on Walmart.com and Walmart rarely steps in! Its is a horrible place to do shopping.

**Be warned that Walmart.com items may or may not be able to be returned at the Walmart store. Its hard to find return policies for third party sellers. Reaching someone takes forever. I have dealt with lots of sellers who ship wrong or fake items. The return process is really horrible and time consuming.
This company has terrible reviews and I wish I would have read them. I ordered some plants that took over a month to be delivered. When they arrived half of them were dead. I contacted the company and they want ME to pay for return shipping. Yet they were the ones to ship dead plants. It seems that it is quite common for them to do this.


I did a scratch test and you can see they are completely dead. So now I am out of my money
I was told I would only receive half of the money I spent back and no shipping amount would be refunded. Even though I never got my order and they had lost my items, they are still responsible for returning the full amount. Do not let them bully you around.

Take it up with paypal if they will not return your money. Keep a record of your conversations with them and turn them into PayPal. With enough people reporting this scamming company, they might be no longer allowed to use Paypal.

Tip for consumers: Know if your order is lost through shipping, the customer is responsible.
