I have been customer for eight years with last six paying three years at a time
With in last four months service has dropped to nearly nothing,
I call to report problem and seldom reach a person. I leave call back number which they never return call. Last time i renewed service they had insurance premium which i understood as paying for radio and service calls. But i was told i have to pay 100.00
For service call, when i agreed and called saying i would they did not return call.

So if you are thinking about orbit stay with who you have they are not reputable a company and looks like just out to rip people off for all they can
