I ordered 6 In 1 Multi Metal Mini Wood Lathe Motorized Jig-saw Grinder Driller. I received was a open box unit, The problem are missing several parts. I took some photos and email to the customer service. They said they can ship all the missing parts to me. After almost a month I got the package they send me a wrong parts again. I checked all the items in the package again that I found this product was used before they send to me. Some parts were cracked. I asked them to get a replacement or a refund, they want me to pay shipping fee. This is a nightmare.

Firstly, please accept our sincerely apology for missing several parts.We checked the whole mail record, we resent the missing part immediately after checked your problem. Then you said that you found the product was used before and some parts were cracked, you could send the video or photos to show the problem, it would be better to send us once you found the problem.So could you please send the video to cservice@banggood.com to show the problem? It could be damaged during the long time delivery, because we will never ship the item which was used before. Looking forward to your reply.
