I ordered a ticket on Air Canada from Toronto to Heathrow, with the expectation that it would be returning from the same airport. Got to the airport to be told that the return flight was from Gatwick. I had to pay a further 150 pounds to change the ticket. Also, I paid for window seats both ways, and no seats were booked and was seated in the middle row. Will never travel with this site again, and will let others know about my experience.
