I was so impressed with the book prices. I never received any shipping notice so after a week i emailed them... the response I got was out of stock... order cancelled. Thank you for not letting me know sooner and for already taking the money out of my account. I emailed them insisting on an immediate refund... lets see what happens.

Ordered a Viking hat I saw advertised everywhere on social media. I ordered it back at the beginning of November in hopes if having it for Christmas. I emailed the company and was told that items are mailed out in 3 days and the United States had about a 3 week delivery... 2 months later, no hat and no communication.

Rented textbooks from them several times. No issues. Fast shipping and great customer service. Always received exactly what was ordered usually in less than a week.
