Ordered a notebook, says it will ship and receive in 5 to 10 business days. It is now day 7 and Received no confirmation email of shipping, with tracking number. Called the company twice and got voicemail, left messages and emailed customer service. Still no response. Is this a really small company? A side job for some computer repair tech? Customer service needs to be top priority and I am not seeing that, thus far.
