I have ordered 4 times from SideDeal. Two of the orders were canceled. The other two items I never received. The tracking information shows that USPS never received the package to send out. SideDeal refuses to refund or replace saying the items are too long out of the warranty period. How can they fall in a warranty period when the items were never sent to begin with?

The order you reported missing today shows it was delivered over a year ago. As USPS recycles tracking numbers about every 90 days or so, the tracking link provided would now be expired.
