I purchased an item that I was very satisfied with, it took a little more time than expected. My fault. I had preconceived ideas, maybe not practical. However, I have ordered an item Dec 12,2020, and another on 26Mar. Given the COVID-19 crisis we are in, allowances are definitely in order but I am at a one month time frame right now (April 12,2020). In addition, time is required to process thru your credit card. Add a week? I'm thinking end of May should be plenty of time, I will follow up at that time with 1 star should it not ship at that time. Their website says up to a month shipped directly from the manufacturer.
