Second review and yet no response
I hired then nov 28 to unlock ATT iPhone12, on Dec 3 I paid 133£ for premium, until today Jan 8 they have no unlocked my phone I contacted Luke, asked why it hasn't been unlocked yet because exceed the time frame d he keeps giving vague answers, he doesn't know when, I asked refund and he did not answer me, I need help from trust pilot! They DO NOT have direct access to unlock server as they stated...
I have contacted them during this time and Luke and Tim keep telling me we will, I asked my refund as the 30 days has passed and they avoid to answer, I asked and ETA and they also avoid my questions, they o ou post on the website website they standard answers and they did not put my questions.
