They do not pay writers enough for what they ask for, never responding to issues and concerns. It is not a real company and is made up of non-transparent freelancers. They can work in a very unprofessional and hypocritical manner. If the editors decide to target you they will make changes to the paper that are wrong and have nothing to do with making the paper better. It is sad and there is nothing you can do about it because it doesn't have a structure that supports its own workers. Find a legit company with a good reputation.
