Best Buy has stood the test of time and service. Many purchases, few returns. They stand behind EVERYTHING they sell. We are and shall be return customers.

Open box special, a pioneer Top-O-Line in dash with backup cam for the wife. Great deal. Great service. Great install. Volume control did not last even 2 lousy, stinking hours? Volume up works fine, but then it lowers volume back down to ZERO on its own?
I have had 2 dealings, purchases from Car Toys in the past and there were NO PROBLEMS or SCAMS what so ever. Now the Colorado Springs CO, north Academy Car Toys store is out to destroy their integrity. How sad.
A fix is due in the next few days. Hope it works?
