Motor/wet end combo ordered for spa. Plastic wet end (attached, not loosened or detached) cracked to point of being useless, even though item was well packaged. Not clear it wasn't cracked when it was packed. Calling their phone #? "No one's here" recording and no way to leave message. Online? Messaging portal hidden or missing on regular site, only works on mobile. Several emails to them bounce. Mobile portal was is the only way I was able to communicate with them, and their responses were minimal and unhelpful. Whois shows this site was registered in 1999, and they run their business as if that's still the year. Don't buy from them, their customer service is abysmal and they won't resolve damaged shipments. Ended up paying for a wet end on Amazon, which I'd rather not use, but this experience is why I do; they usually treat their customers right and they don't duck customer service issues.
