Got a super sexy dress there. The dress showed delivered but was not, so I had to send an email and the customer service rep did some kind of research and found out that was delivered by USPS to a wrong address... and they sent me a new one! No hassle or anything.
The dress is awesome! Super recommend.

As long as you order from amazon itself instead of third party sellers, everything is guaranteed
I check always the reviews from other people regarding third party sellers since some of them are fake
