Ordered multiple parts, heater resister, 2 u joints and a center support for an older truck. They sent me the total and it showed me being charged 114.00 to ship the 2 ujoints. I called customer service and told me that the total was correct. That is what it cost to get them shipped. I then got disconnected. Because those items did not show shipped I called the cancellation number and after being on hold for 35 min finally got to speak to someone. She told me that they had already been shipped. I told her the email from earlier that day said they hadn't and actually 1 of the items was on a delay getting to them. She just continued to read from a script and told me it had. I check my fed ex shipping calculator and those items from their location to mine would cost 90 if overnighter, 25 for next day and 12.99 for 5 day. Nowhere near 114.00. I then sent an email to customer service asking them to call me. No response.
