“UNABLE GET REFUNDS”

Purchased two on Jan 18,2020. No contact from them. Advised them to terminate and refund full cost. Several requests later they advied no refund on one because they had started their process. All bull. Numerous requests during 2020. They then said to expect refunds in 15 working days. Now Dec. 22,2020 and no refund. This is a total scam. Thaey usually don't respond. Apparent lost cause... Anyone got a good idea/remedy?
