We booked a flight for travel in March. We were told that after the travel is complete, call back and they will give us our discount back on our card. It is now July. I am on my 16th call to them requesting my discount. The 'accounting department' has supposedly tried refunding the money twice but was unable so they ask for my bank account so they can wire me the money. NOT A CHANCE! I will still try to get it back but realize chances are probably slim and none. It's the principle of it all.
