There is advertising on the bay's website for Lancome purchase with a free gift set. I placed an order close to $200, so I supported to receive one set of complimentary free gift and another gift (for purchase more than $150). My order confirmation said three items will be sent. When I received my order, only two items were inside, but the packing slip said three items were included. I took a picture and sent to the customer service immediately. The customer service emailed replied that they will check and contact me.
Three days later, I've got no reply. I emailed them again and asked for my free gift set, they said they did not have it in stock, the complimentary gift set was given base on availability. I was so so so angry. I checked the website everyday since, and found out they never took the promotion ads from their website. They either had the gift in stock or were lying continuously to other customers. I told my friend about it, and surprisingly found out the same thing happened to her two years ago. She stopped shipping at Hudson's bay. I also will stop purchase again from this liar.

1. What they show on advertising is different from what they send to me
2. The size guide is totally different from reality, the actual clothes are 2-3inches bigger or smaller, make it totally unwearable

3. My shopping chart was full with items that I never ordered

4. The order was not even prepared after I contact customer service a week after I placed the order

5. I have to email customer service multiple times about refund, including sent all pictures of the clothes comparing with rulers

6. Custer service refuse to pay the return shipping, later agree to pay half after a few email complaints but never reply my message again before we confirm the final return step

5. Their website doesn't allowed me me to rate lower stars

6. My 100 dollar clothes went to donation

If you want the same experience that I have, go head. It website should be banned forever.

My order just arrived. The size are totally different than what they posted on size chart. I talk to customer service, they asked me email prove to them. I did it and never got email reply. Instead, they told me sent back to China and reorder. They did nothing to fix their mistake. My friend's order never arrive after two months later. They don't even let me rate one star on their website. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.Do not waste your money on this Chinese foolish website.
