I am a 33-year real estate professional with over 1,100 past clients. Slick salesman really sold me a bill of goods. Missed scheduled monthIy calls from Bryant Ta. I was duped into believing that I would receive bonafide seller and buyer leads from their company. When we initially set up the location parameters for receiving the leads, it was created to receive leads for a 15-mile maximum radius from my South Orange County location; instead, I receive mostly Los Angeles County leads, which are twice the distance from my maximum radius parameters and I receive several leases, which I explained to you that I have no interest in receiving. The only leads that came to me in my service are immediately taken by someone else; despite, me accepting the lead within seconds of it arriving in my email. On two occasions Bryant told me that he was going to give me "special hotter" leads and on only one occasion he sent me a small batch of unqualified/unmotivated contacts, who had already been called by several other agents. Salesman sold me under false pretenses. I have contacted their office multiple times via phone and email since August of last year in attempts to cancel my agreement, but their call screener wouldn't let me talk to anyone and when asked to speak to Bryant's manager they just say you will have to talk to Bryant and of course Bryant will only talk to you on your scheduled monthly call. I suggest you run from this company as fast as you can.
