After reading all the reviews, I totally expected to be disappointed with my purchases. I expected the shipping to be slow. I expected the products to be irregular/floor samples/incorrect sizes. I took the risk because it was so dirt cheap. I was nervous because I was ordering 3 pairs of shoes, and you are never sure how they will fit! They were also non-refundable because of the extreme discount. My boyfriend told me to just gamble and do it. I'm so glad I took his advice!
First, the shoes fit PERFECTLY.
Second, the shoes were absolutely brand new and probably never have been removed from the packaging/box ever before.
Third, the shipment came in FOUR days.
Fourth, the shipment arrived safely at the post office and not left at my apartment door to be stolen.

I got an awesome dress with fast shipping from this website. I don't know if this is a good or bad thing but my shipment was delayed because they wanted me to call and confirm that I had ordered the dress with my credit card. I think it's because I wanted the dress delivered to an address other than my billing address. Never had to do that before and not quite sure how I feel about that!

I purchased 3 pairs of boots during a sale + free shipping (limited time). The boots all came in brand new, perfect condition. I received the boots in under a week! I wasn't home to receive the package but fortunately signature confirmation is enforced so my package was safe at the post office for pickup.

I got an amazing dress at such a great deal on dogfunk.com! The shipping was free and I received the dress (well packaged and perfect condition) in TWO DAYS! I highly recommend this website!

Hautelook has been really hit or miss for me. Yes they offer great deals but customer service is a mess. I've had 3 transactions with Hautelook. The first 2 went smoothly, and the products were as described. The third was such a headache that I will never shop there again.
I ordered a pair of boots from a well-known brand. The boots were a familiar model that I saw from last season but had a different style name. I purchased them but after googling the style name and saw a picture of a different boot, I was worried that perhaps they mislabeled the boots either with the wrong name or wrong picture.
I called literally the day after to cancel the order but was told that the boot was already in the warehouse (which is unlikely that it would arrive at the Hautelook warehouse the very next day). For that (poor) reason, they couldn't cancel the order. Well if my order was in the warehouse so soon after ordering, why did it take TWO WEEKS for the boots to arrive?
And when they arrived, they were the WRONG boots, just as I suspected! Now if they let me cancel, none of this would've happened. I called Hautelook 4 times to get the refund process going and had to ask that they pay for my return shipping since this was not my mistake. I also called to confirm that they were refunding me, not simply giving me credit. All this was "noted" on my account, yet 2 weeks later after returning the boots, I see a $120 credit in my Hautelook account! I'm never shopping from Hautelook again, what will I do with the $120 credit?
So I had to contact them AGAIN and get it sorted. Thankfully everything did get sorted out but it was way too much trouble for what it's worth!

I was pretty disappointed with this website. I purchased 2 Diesel Black Gold wallets and one clutch from yoox.com. One of the wallets had a malfunctioning clasp on the coin purse. I cannot close the coin purse and my coins always spill out! I couldn't return the wallet because I already removed the tags (didn't think a coin purse would actually be broken so I didn't think to "test" the wallet). The clutch was definitely not brand new as well. Just because something is on sale doesn't mean selling something broken or irregular is acceptable. And another thing that irked me was that I paid for shipping then a few days later suddenly they don't charge for shipping. So unfair.

AllSaints is my favorite retailer and just in the last month, I have purchased over $900 worth of items (they had a great sale)! Although I love their products, the website is full of glitches. I was unable to access my account after my first purchase, so I couldn't use that account to make subsequent purchases. I never get an email confirmation of my orders until I call AllSaints customer service directly. When I attempted to gain access to my account (by asking for a new password), I NEVER get an email with my new password despite the fact that my email was already registered. The customer service is pretty good, and they were able to fix this over the phone. But I have had to call them every single time I've made a purchase in order to confirm or fix something. And only AFTER I call customer service do I ever get an email confirmation.

Also, even though free delivery is great, UPS always leaves my (expensive) packages outside my door. They should be getting a signature confirmation and AllSaints should enforce that!
