Just letting you know that you are informing everyone to contact your after sales support team to resolve our dissatisfaction which I have done, hello, I fought with you guys for over a month remember?!? I followed all procedures listed to me exactly and it got no where. I took pictures of the dress I ordered online and the dress they sent me, the proof is in the picture and the variation in the difference was staggering yet they still would not honor the return! Bottom line people I received incorrect product and another dress has seams falling apart but I couldn't bare the time wasted to pay crazy shipping fees that I should not be responsible for
