“Incorrect product sent and customer service wont reply”

I ordered an AD designer rakhi from their website and they have sent me another local kinda rakhi.
They said, that the rakhi I ordered went out of stock and they will try to arrange the product.
Its been 6 days, neither I have received the Order, nor they reply.
No one picks up the call at the provided phone number.

People, don't get fooled by the fancy design they show on portal. You will not get the same thing.
Its better to order from Amazon.
Rakhi might not be that fancy, but atleast you will get what you ordered else you can talk to cx service executive in case of any problem.
