You get what you paid for! How true this is for CheapOAir. You will get a very good price for a flight - but that is it. Everything else you would expect or would consider 'standard' does not exist or is so poor that you wish you would have spent a bit more and get an overall decent deal.
Many communication challenges, cost not as advertised, booked a different flight as discussed and agreed to, etc. Very long list of just frustrating dealings with CheapOAir. After my flight cancellation (cancelled by the airline), I am still waiting for my money (minus ~ $600 for CheapOAir fees... yikeees, yes!). As expected, no response from their billing department... Do yourself a favor and pick a different company and save yourself a lot of frustration and in the end money as well.
