Sometimes problems with an order arise. Trying to get it addressed by customer service is hopeless. The don't connect with rep on chat, don't answer the phone and if they bother to respond at all it is with a message that has nothing to do with the message I sent.

I have reviewed your account, including inquiries sent to customer support. Customer support has responded to each of your inquiries within a couple of hours, informing you that return shipping for your returning orders will be at the buyers expense.
Please return the items with valid tracking within 7 days of opening your returns. The tracking numbers can be manually entered into your return request from your My Orders page. Once we see the item is being returned/delivered to the seller a full refund will be processed.
