I joined this program with a great deal of excitement. The testimonials were so good and promised so much - was I a fool to believe them? Were they in fact made up?
This program is expensive: $25,000 AUD for the year.
The step by step program is good. You're paying through the nose for it - but it is good in the main.
The problem is with service, support and what they call their Facebook private community - which is not in fact a community at all. It's a random bunch of people with no interest or regard to others in the group. Ask a question - 65 people read it and 2 respond - that's not a community.
If you try to get support from the coaches you can email a customer service email, not the coach, and if customer service can't respond they pass it on.
If you ask the coaches a question in the Facebook group you will only get a very cursory response and then they close the conversation without warning.
The customer service people DO NOT respond to emails - for weeks. And when you email someone else because you can't get a response they rouse on you for not sticking to the email they've told you - even though you can't get a response with that email.
These people could not care less about their students/customers. The place is very self focused and only interested in doing the least amount of work possible. It's set up to benefit them - they are not interested in you. Of course, they should benefit themselves but they should also benefit the students pay8ing the hefty fee - which they do not.
There is a complete disconnect and dissonance between what is sold on the consult call and what is delivered - it's the old over promise and under delivered.
Yes, I ended up being rude to them. Who could blame me? The problems with customer service, email responses and Facebook coach responses happened from the outset - the first day I was enrolled. So, I have handed over $2,000 AUD and I can't get any type of response and I can't start because they won't respond.
The organisational culture of this place is all about serving themselves not the customer and taking no responsibility for their behaviour and the consequences of their behaviour. They have no idea how to resolve a problem. They treat students like naughty children - well, it's founded by a kindergarten teacher - and that is echoed through everything.
I found it to be an extremely distressing situation that treated me with complete disrespect, disregard and dishonesty - they don't deliver what they sold you.
Don't waste your money or your stress levels.
