This one of the poorest background reports i have ever seen. When I entered an email address, it came up with a name of someone I was interested in reviewing. However, when I ran the report, the email address did not appear anywhere in the report. On top of the poor report, I was charged $20.00 and there was no chance of getting a refund.

The information is terrrible! I can't believe that I wasted my money on this site. After doing a search on myself, I can see that whatever algorithm they're using is messed up since it had my information totally wrong. This company should be ashamed of itself for putting this crap out there and charging people to use it.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site if at all possible. There are other sites that do a much better job.
