I ordered a laptop cooling pad fan, which stated delivered, but wasn't delivered. Newegg and the vendor wants to place blame on me that the shipping label was incorrect. There were two items ordered one had the correct address which I received, the other had no street number, only the street name and apt #, so, how can I be the cause for the error. This seems like a shipping error to me, but Newegg nor the vendor wants to refund me my $70.
