I ordered something for my wife for wedding anniversary, which suppose to delivered on 7th but it had reached on 10th with one of the broken item, secondly i had to call somany time for follow ups and they didn't even bother to call me back or revert back to me, after every follow up call from my side i was getting one mail saying that " Greetings of the day! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you.
Your Request Id ************** has been closed. We appreciate your business and want to make sure we meet your expectations "
Which is utter use less, how can they sent me that kind of mail without even solving my complaint, really it was very disappointing and i am not at all happy with the service.
