Even though policy is matured for more than 4 years the cashless benefit is being declined for 2nd phase of treatment. 1st phase the policy said denied due to non-disclosure of medical history. At the time of renewal when I denied to renew the policy, the executive promised for covering all non-disclosure and old medical history. But yet again I am getting slapped for non-disclosure. Being customer, I am being proved wrong every time simply by reading the policy statement but not value for customer's money and trust.

Tip for consumers: Do not trust or get facilitate on the basis of telephonic false promises.
