5/8/20

I bided & worn a vehicle at $14,000, only for auction export to send me mail after 24hrs that the car will not be released or soled to me because the owner refuse to accept the winning price.
This repeated three times with different cars.
On the fourth time I bided for another car, checked vehicle history report which I normally do & it was clearly stated by auction export as "VEHICLE STARTS, RUN AND DRIVE", I then bided and worn the bid at $16,808 which I paid for, waiting for my vehicle to be shipped, only for auction export to mail me again that the vehicle is not starting, I have to pay for towing.
I rejected the vehicle quoting the status of the vehicle auction export previously presented before I purchased the car. They replied that their inspector made mistake at the inspection site & got that result.

In conclusion, Auction export ended up removing about $1,600 extra for inland freight & ocean freight because the vehicle could not start then shipped the vehicle to me. Then when I received the vehicle, I saw the engine block & top cylinder was completely broken which I must to spend upto $10,000 to buy another engine.
Please stay a way from them, they have so much politics in their business and they aren't truthful and open at all.

Mark D. – Auction Export Rep

Dear Mr. Victor, thank you for being our loyal client and for buying multiple vehicles for the last few years.

In our response we would like to reply to each and every point you have stated to avoid any misunderstanding or confusion.
Auction has a right to not accept our Bid, due to the fact that there are multiple international buyers who may offer higher prices. It is not common but does happen, and we always update clients with the final status of the purchase.

We are very sorry to hear about your misfortune experience with your Ford F250. As per the Vehicle report the Ford F250 is a Salvage Vehicle with damages (accident car) - https://www.detailedvehiclehistory.com/report/vin/1FTSW2BRXAEB27700 which has been purchased AS IS. The vehicle was purchased on your behalf from a salvage auto auction.

Before we bought the car for you all the information available at the auction was sent to you including the note: "The vehicle sold under this contract is being sold "as-is" and is not represented as being in roadworthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicle may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser's expense".
After that you instructed us to submit a bid on your behalf at the auction.

As an experienced brokers, Auction Export provides all possible services to make sure that our clients have safe and stress free experience buying from auto auctions. For example, our clients can easily get a full list of history records associated with the Vin number. The vehicle history report can give you facts from the car's history: date of the first registration, the report indicates if the vehicle has any flood, taxi use, fleet, rental and/or lease records, dates of registrations and renewals, a manufacturers' recalls and date they were completed etc. By its definition the history report cannot give any conditional information, whether the vehicle runs and drives at the given moment. This information is known by all experienced buyers.

Auction Export can arrange an independent auto inspection to verify the true state of any auction lot. The inspection report will give you a clear and accurate picture of the mechanics and damage condition of the lot. Also, additional pictures and video of the running engine. The service should be requested 2-3 days before the sale, so we could find and hire a licensed inspector somewhere close to the auction yard.

Unfortunately, no independent inspection has been ordered by you for this particular car. It is not clear to us what inspector's mistake you are referring to? As there was no inspection.

The initial shipping quote we sent you prior to the purchase was an estimate, it is clearly stated in the email. The price given to you was for container shipping which later was changed to RORO Towable upon your request. Price also includes cost for changing the front tire to meet the towable service requirements.
We always inform our clients about all possible options, as it's our best interest to satisfy our client's needs. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns in regards of this situation - marketing@auctionexport.com. We have thousands happy clients, video and text reviews available on our website - https://www.auctionexport.com/en/Home/ReviewsAndTestimonials. Again, we are very sorry for not meeting your expectations that time, hope to be of service to you in the future. Thank you
