I'm appalled that you have ignored 5/6 request to have a memorial permanently taken down.
Estranged people with criminal harassment police reports are using your website is being used to torture and defame, create mischief and humiliate and cyber bully the immediate family, yet our requests are

Dear Victoria,

Please be assured that we never ignore such requests. We take any issues concerning the improper use of our service, especially offensive or degrading content towards others very seriously. We have carefully examined the website in question for any such comments but could not find anything other than messages of support and tributes to the person passed. We understand that you may have strong personal feelings towards the creator of the memorial website in question. However, that is not a sufficient justification to take the site down. If you have any specific examples to support your allegations, please do send them to us, and we will review and act accordingly.
